Big bang is an R&B and hiphop group for YG Entertainment. It includes 5 members(see below) and LOTS of hit singles. The group first gained  recognition when their formation was documented on television from July 15 to August 13, on a show titled Big Bang Documentary. Before there were 6 Big Bang members, but unfortunatly 1 had dropped out. At the end of 2009, they were the most searched artist in South Korea. The group also became the first foreign group in Japan to receive the Japan Cable Broadcasting Award for "Best Newcomer" and the first from Korea to receive the Japan Records honor. Big Bang has had MANY hit singles including "Always" "Lies" and "Gara Gara Go" their official club name is V.I.P.
